Seems I must be the first. Not a bug as such, but I've noticed some banners from old boards which don't exist now. I've seen /hm05//gbc//dsa/ so far.

I would have never thought about that.

Not really a BUG, but every time i refresh in a thread, or on a board, it brings me back to the home. could you please fix that when you have the time? >.<
>> No. 268 ID: 09db70
>>267
Isn't really a bug, it's how the website works. What you are viewing is essentially a website in a website, with the frame linking to the various boards. When you refresh, you refresh this frame, thus taking you to the homepage.
It's how Kusaba works itself. I don't think it can be fixed unless another site design is used.
Personally, I don't really see any reason for Rossco to go through the trouble of changing the design just so refreshes can be made, since the boards go quite slow. Maybe when we get a lot of traffic. I dunno.

Solution: Click the board link on the side frame to "refresh" the board you want to. If you want to refresh a thread...go back to the board, then go back onto the thread.

The link at the top of /emu/ is a 404.

I know, the Charizard at the side of the menu is gone too, it's because my server is down right now. I'm not going to be hosting them on this server for a simple reason: they're illegal.

/gio/ accessible by normal members, but they cannot post. The old 151, it was inaccessible in general. :P

I know, I've not got around to creating .htpasswd profiles on the new server, it would take like 10 minutes :O. It's not really important right now, and it may not be important ever, who knows?

What are we going to do with those banners with misleading boards? Such has /dsa/, /gba/, /hm05/, etc..? :P

Leave them to confuse people is my vote.

I'm not sure where else to post this, but the Giovanni banner, the one for /tva/, is just a thumbnail and isn't full sized.

The ROM section on /emu/ isn't working. I tried it and figured it may have been down for the day or something, tried it again the next day. It's still not working, so I figure it's borked.

It works whenever I'm booted into Linux. The only reason I may not be booted into Linux is when I'm having trouble with games running in it. (Which is more than often, Wine doesn't report my graphics driver, so most of my Steam games are "unavailable")

I demand the file size limit to increase from 11MB to 20MB in the /flute/ section!

Please? :T

IRC doesn't work. It tells me I need to download a plugin then it says no plugins are found.

Will do, although the only MP3 I own that is over 11mb is over 25 minutes long.

>>589
'Tis a Firefox bug, I don't know what causes it. I'm pretty sure it's to do with the embed tag, but embedding an html document shouldn't be a problem.

I don't really wan't to create an iframe. It would be a frame in a frame, possibly in a frame, that doesn't sound too appealing to me.
>> No. 617 ID: 85d480
I can't load mp3 files on /flute/. I've tried several tiems with several files, but nothing seems to work. When I hit the reply button, it doesn't do anything. I've let it go on for a while, thinking it might just be uploading the music files to the server or whatever, but after an hour, it's still not working. I use IE 8 if that helps in any way.

Internet Explorer isn't supported by Kusaba at all, due to being a shit, non-compliant browser, but it's possible the filenames have "breaker" characters in them, such as colons, semicolons, inverted commas etc, remove those and try again.

So what happened to all the images? At least 1/4ths of them on almost every board have dissappeared...

You've been pretty awesome at it so far. Doesn't need to be a 20 paragraph sentence of each board and its history, just what the board is and any board specific rules (Unless you can think of anything else to say) :).

I'm really shit at writeups and essays, forget what I'm talking about halfway through and go off on my own tangent. That's why each of the news posts points are all in their own seperate little point. I remember once when I was sitting my standard grade english final, I sat down and wrote fuck all for a good 20 m- wait, what was I saying? Never mind.

I was wondering if you could add .m4a files to the list of accepted files on /flute/, because most of what I have is .m4a or another AAC derivative.

Basically, I'd like to make /flute/ more friendly for iTunesfags like me.
>> No. 808 ID: 343e7b

/me has never heard of this file format
/me looks it up on Wikipedia
...
MP4 for audio files? You crazy? Non-standard file format? That sounds like the kind of thing we should be trying to kill, not support. Isn't there a way to convert them to use an audio container that people can actually recognize?
AAC encoding doesn't sound too bad though, maybe it-
>Customers could download music in a closed-source Digital Rights Management (DRM)-restricted form of AAC (see FairPlay) via the iTunes Store
>they keep user specific metadata inside the MP4 container intact, so it is possible to identify the user who originally bought the file after it is decrypted.

I'm not seeing most of the pokemon art in /smeargle/. Is anyone else having these problems?

Same, not seeing the majority of the Smeargle postings. Could the issues the site's had around June 2010 have had anything to do with that? Is there a way to help?

It's a different type of imageboard specifically designed to archive fanart - the images are filed by tags. danbooru and safebooru are two "big" examples.

What causes these random borkings of parts of the site? mis€™sing҉̵̞̟̠̖̗̘̙ ҉̵̞̟̠̖̗̘̙ ҉̵̞̟̠̖̗̘̙҉̵̞ glitch lurking in the shadows, eating cords and such?
>> No. 854 ID: 343e7b

I've been looking into it for months. I honestly don't even have a lead. jpgs like to delete themself randomly, as do thumbnails on some boards. This is the only Kusaba install on the internet that does this. It isn't a hosting problem as this has been happening on both hosts.
>> No. 870 ID: c74192
It sort of seems to happen when the site changes around. Or has it done it without that needing to happen?
>> No. 901 ID: e27c52
I was changing the info for an image, clicked 'Set', waited, eventually this popped up:

Internal Error
mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry '24-43' for key 1] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO image_tags(image_id, tag_id) VALUES('24', '43')")

Sometimes the page just fails to load, eventually, after clicking 'set', but when I go to check the image, the stuff I changed has changed.
