Greetings /canalave/. Resident author, and newfound mod here. Do me a favor, and look up. See that? That's a banner for one of the various boards on 151chan (or just advertising 151chan itself). Now, if you'll notice, /canalave/ is without its own banner! This injustice cannot, will not stand! We're a functioning board, we need a banner.

Now, the banner is to be 300*100 pixels, and can be .jpg, .png, or .gif (Correct me if I'm wrong). The banner should be Pokemon related (obviously), and relate to /canalave/ (hurrdurr).

Now, before anyone asks, I'd say to refrain from making ones that are based on specific stories (Ragnarok, Silver Wings, etc), so as to not play favorites around here. The only way it'd be reasonable would be if there was one for every story, and that would give us quite a number of banners for just 1 board. (Though I'm not sure if that's an issue...)

Now, go forth, and help out the board! Yours is the banner that shall advertise /canalave/!

Yea, so this thread is for both my stories, all that good stuff. Two images for either, first one here is for SaP. The Salesman has a sense of class I must say. Only thing missing from this pic I found is the 100% black suit, short cut blond hair, and the dark circular spectacles, but it does the trick. Silver Wings pic incoming in a double post.

So yes, the picture IS relevant. Late last night, like the idiot I am who never listens to his parents warnings because I'm always SO FUCKING CAREFUL, I knocked my laptop off the arm of the chair I was sitting on.

Good News? The hard drive and stuff still works and the computer operates just fine. Bad News? I can't see a fucking thing on the screen except in a very small portion of the upper left quarter of it.

This means what? Well it means that I won't be getting writing or ANYTHING else done until I get the LCD fixed/replaced (Which is possible but with my family's budget isn't likely any time in the near future).

So this also means the only way anyone who knows me will be able to get in touch with me is through e-mail. As all my chat's including IRC were on that machine.

I feel incredibly guilty/angry/horrified. I'm quite upset in other words. Can't wait to see what my parents think (oh joy). So until this problem is fixed... no writing (it's not that I don't have back ups. It's that the back ups are out dayed and it would mean trying to remember things I wrote (my fault again). Also every other computer is my Dad's or Mom's so using the to write this kind of thing (though they know about it) isn't exactly a good idea.

So I'm doing this damn update while people are away. And suffering inside due to how I was going to write today. But hey, this was bound to happen at some point. Lady Luck always saves her worst for me when I least expect it. Still my fault but it just felt so random.

Greetings /canalave/! Kinda late in the evening, but hey, it's gotta get done.

A strange thing happened this week, instead of setting my sights on my current chapter-in-progress, I went and wrote a scene that wouldn't even take place for at least 10 chapters (1325 words long). Why? I don't know. But, it was best to write it down while it was fresh in my mind.

Naming Day is still on-schedule for being completed before the 14th. If any unexpected delays occur, you'll be the first to know.

Great, and worth the re-read. The subtle changes were for the better, it works much better now, especially that added line for Matsubi.

Sorry guys, the weekend (for me, Friday-Monday because of Labor Day and previous plans) pretty much drained me, so I was unable to write a single word on those days.

Part II has been outlined, and I will begin writing it today. Hopefully, it should be out later this week. Most likely on the weekend.

It's called Pedestal, and it's 90+ chapters of awesome.
It follows the journey of NamNar, short for Nameless Narrator, who is genderless, and nameless (in the sense that we don't know what it is), at least in the beginning. Eventually, the gender is revealed, though the name still has yet to be told.
Anyway, NamNar starts off with a Numel, and quickly gets in a lot of mischief and pain. It's awesome, especially once the plot picks up and gets going a lot. It's set in the Sinnoh region, btw.
That's uh.. it. Enjoy I guess? If you want to make it through this monster. You won't regret it though, the author knows how to write.

Day 1
Today I joined Team Rocket. I was out of a job so I did if mainly for the money. I kept my Sandshrew, Shield, but they gave me a Sneasel. As of now, I don't know what field I'll be in. But I hope it'll be good. One of my comrades told me they base it on your application, the Pokémon you have, and the Pokémon they give you is which field you're in. I decided to do some research at the library. I found out Sneasel is a stealthist Pokémon, but that they're also hard to take care of. I hope I can get it to like me.

Day 2
Today I met Archer. I was actually hoping to meet Giovanni, but he was out on a battle. To my surprise, he's a Gym Leader. I never knew that.

He told me I was going to be in the information field. This meant I was to retrieve information by following people. So I guess that's why I got Sneasel.

I call him Slash.

My first mission starts tomorrow. I'm pretty nervous, but I have a partner. I don't know his name. Or her name. Or it's name. It could even be a Pokémon. Oh boy.
