No. 1529
I love the complete lack of instrumentation on modern cars. Battery, Amps, Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature, Turbo Temperature, Turbo Pressure... these are all extremely important to have instrumented. Hell, many cars these days don't even have a tachometer! Yet, the most instrumentation I've seen on a modern car is in the 350Z and Saab 9-3. The Z has Temperature, Battery, Tachometer, Oil Pressure. Other things are hidden in a digital display. The 9-3 has Temperature, Tachometer, Turbo Pressure. Other things are hidden in a digital display. However, what I don't understand is that despite the ability to keep other things documented in a digital display... modern car companies rarely ever do! They rely upon idiot lights and mechanics lying through their teeth.
