Can't believe I didn't think of this a while ago. It was the first Japanese movie song to be done completely in English from the start, yet they didn't use it in the dub. Why? Licensing. PUSA was unable to obtain the rights to the song, and so had to use the lukewarm "I'll always remember you" and the cringe-worthy "Living in the Shadows".
