Nope, it's not. Unova is confirmed to be based on New York, USA, and Oblivia is a generic Polynesian archipelago, so it couldn't possibly fit where you say, as that would place it square in the middle of mainland Japan.

This one is just downright wrong. First off, Fiore is completely misplaced- it actually occupies the small island on the southeast corner of Sinnoh, as established in Ranger 1. Secondly, it includes a completely nonexistent region which I'm assuming ties in that artists' fakemon into their own version of canon somehow or another. Finally it completely ignores the very obvious "real regions of Japan" theme to the regions and tries to make its own map, which is just plain dumb.
Re: both these images- The first one is something just about everyone knows of, and the other is kinda junk, but on the topic of maps... So help me, if you even mention Serebii's poke-earth I will flip a goddamned bitch. Seriously, he may run a decent site, but it's pretty clear that Joe Merrick couldn't make an accurate map of the pokémon world to save his life.
