If you mean grey eyes, yes, they do exist. Quite rare, but it happens.

Believe it or not, all of the PokeDex holder's eyes can be obtain naturally.

Albino (Red) - Red and Ruby (Sadly, you don't have any pigments in your body)
Blue - Blue and Sapphire (Well, Crystal can kinda fall into this category too)
Green - Green and Emerald
Amber/Hazel - Yellow, Gold and Pearl
Gray - Silver, Crystal, Diamond and Platina
