Look at it, floating there quietly, some would even say sacred and heavenly like an angel. Yeah, people know about them but how many have actually seen or obtained one? Not many.

This is my proposition to you, the namefags and anon alike of 151chan, to do something great, something amazing. After seeing a thread on 420's that board with the twerps bawwing about the elusiveness and almost impossibility of some event pokemon, I had an epiphany.

I looked on ebay for a Japanese Pokemon Coliseum Bonus Disc which can be used to distribute multiple Celebi. It says that Japanese software is needed or a Japanese Gamecube in order to do this and I am not sure if this includes the cartridge that will be whoring the Celebi but this is info that will be researched later should the project come to a reality.

I propose that, if it is possible to use paypal or some other method or even if some of us would be willing to send to one person, we begin a collection for the Bonus Disc and anyone who would like a legit Celebi can pay a certain fee (I was thinking somewhere between 5 and 10 USD) and any extra money that these Celebi generate can be used for site maintenance and upkeep by Rossco.

I'd love for this to happen so let's hear some ideas!

as an idea sprouted long ago, I have finally decided (when it was mentioned again on IRC) to start a 151chan hack. A simple Ruby hack, that would involve changing the gym leaders and elite 4 and not much else. currently, i have no idea who to make which gym leader. for now, my idea is to take a random number generator one through 8, number the participants, and pick from there. ideas/suggestions welcome/encouraged.

currently (in no particular order):
Cyromancer - ice type gym
Psyence - psychic type gym
Aggronfag - steel type gym

MrJoe - dark type elite 4
Zippie - unknown type elite 4
Rossco - unknown type CHAMPION

remember, this is only up to gen 3 and qualifications for becoming part of this (other than a random trainer) is up to my discretion. in other words, if this is your first post, youre pretty much guaranteed NOT to be a gym leader.

I've just decided now, since this board doesn't get enough traffic, and the current themes are all unfinished, we can kill 2 birds with one bait safari-ball stone.

If anyone could spare some time making side themes for the board ones Cryomancer started, or wants to make a new one entirely, please post. If you want to but don't know how, also post.

Right, I'm gonna post the list I made of Rossco's priorities...as well as some of our own.

1. Get a domain. Done.
1.a. After a domain is secured, and only after we are sure it will be reliable and permanant, advertise the site to friends etc. Is this done Rossco?
1.b. Don't advertise on any /b/. Or any board like it.
2. Site redesign.
3. Pokedex feed system.
4. Fix IRC? I heard some people are having problems.
5. Show the twerps (/po/) who's boss, by getting more posts a day on every board every day.
6. Try and save awesome/important threads from the old site.

Hey all, I'm working on a videogame guide ranging over a series of popular games. The guide is supposed to be a helper that you use alongside the game- no cheats, but hints and such. A few examples from what I've done are:
Creating a move-set guide for early fighting games that's presented in a simple and logical way that's easy to navigate.
Printing the maps for the Sonic 3 & Knuckles bonus stages.

I also want to put all the most useful information for a game in the smallest amount of space.

I want to do one of these for Pokémon. I want to be able to print dex numbers, movesets over various games, locations, etc. I don't know if I'll be doing this by Generation or put all info for each Pokémon over all gens in one place, but I was wondering if you guys wanted to help. If I made a template for one Pokémon, would anyone else like to do one for a Pokémon or two?

(Think of it as your very own cheap, personal, portable Pokédex)

I'm now trying to work on a layout, which is difficult due to the extensive amount of information I want to put in this thing. I'm trying to get a picture of a pokédex page for one of the storebought ones to get an idea of how they do it, even though I intend to put a lot more information in. So would anybody like to add once we get a default page setup, or would anybody like to help make the first one, or should I just give up on this?
