You have to talk to the man on the 3rd floor in jubilife TV, and answer his questions with the responses "everyone Happy" and "wifi- Connection". If you already did that for the Rotom event, then you just need to make sure you have the Nat. Dex and have gotten the lunar wing from Cresselia and Wake up that guy's son. You don't have to catch Cresselia, yet.

Max speed is best, only need two max-PPd OHKO moves to cover 16 hits, so that's fine. Safeguard is first-turn setup to prevent status bullcrap, recover is in case of weather, fire fang (broken mechanics ftw), odor sleuth, etc. so probably speed+defenses. Attack stats can go to hell since you're not using them at all, but a 31 is just as easy to type into the program as a 0 is, so it's your call. No item really does anything for or against this guy, unless you have anything specific in mind- it pretty much handles fine without any item at all, although you could ditch speed stat and give it quick claw, just to be a dick...

Priority move over fissure would be a good idea. Sheer Cold deals with pretty much everything Fissure does, and it'd help you kill other sashers.
